Training |
The supplier will discuss with buyer to formulate a training plan according to the actual situation to ensure the quality of the training. The supplier also provides on-site operation and application guidance for the buyer side within a certain period of time. |
The supplier is responsible for providing a full set of technical information and related drivers for all equipment. |

Warranty |
The product quality warranty period is 12 months, and it will be calculated from the date of acceptance of the product. During the warranty period, except for the print head and the consumables and consumable parts that are directly related to the amount of use. If the machine has any problem, it’s free to maintain and replace parts by the supplier, but does not include the destruction of external forces, dismantled and modified without permission. |
Upgrade |
The supplier provides free software upgrades under the same operating system platform for life. |
If a technically achievable hardware upgrade is needed, buyer should pay to supplier for upgrade. |

The supplier accepts the buyer's application technical consultation at any time during working hours, and can help the buyer to solve simple operation problems in a timely manner through telephone, WeChat, E-MAIL and other forms. |
